A highly respected Tanzanian educationist, counsellor, and public speaker, with a 15- year history of empowering individuals and communities across East Africa. As the co- founder and Mobilization Director for Universal Chastity Education (UCE) Tanzania, he has been foundational to the organization’s success since 2009. Leonard's leadership has driven nationwide efforts to promote youth abstinence education and healthy family life, establishing UCE Clubs in various educational and community institutions.
